Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. It is very important that the protective plastic covering the sole of the shoe is intact for the return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, we need to know the reason for the return. We would appreciate it if you could contact us by sending an email along with your receipt or proof of purchase to the following address: julieta@lesjuliettes.com.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. This procedure is essential for processing your return.

Damages and problems

Upon receiving your package, we recommend inspecting it thoroughly. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the situation and find the best solution.

In the case of items on sale or gift cards, the refund process will be carried out using a voucher or coupon for the same value that was initially used.

Exchanges

Remember that if the package is sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days.

Refunds

Once we have received and assessed your package, we will inform you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require some time to process and credit the refund to your account.
