RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it; unused, with tags and in its original packaging. It is very important that the protective plastic that covers the sole of the shoe is intact for its return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is received, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. This procedure is essential to carry out the return of the item.

Damage and problems

Upon receiving your package, we recommend that you inspect it carefully. In case the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to evaluate the situation and find the best solution.

In the case of sale items or gift cards, the return process will be carried out using a voucher or voucher for the same value that was initially used.

Remember that if the package is sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days.

Refunds
